Starting her career in Ireland she continued to develop her vast property knowledge in Melbourne where she worked for 7 years, specialising in helping clients buy new residential developments including off-the-plan properties. “I am a firm believer in offering my clients exceptional customer service and providing honest, straightforward advice, so that ultimately, they can make fully informed and confident decisions.” Denise currently assists with clients wishing to invest in Australia.

Chris is a Chartered Accountant and is a Principal and Board Member of Australian Property Solutions Limited. Presently a Consultant for Deloitte he also has a number of private company Directorships and is Chairman of a publicly listed company on the New Zealand Stock Exchange.
Chris has extensive experience in advising on property investments and developments including investment analysis, taxation advice, how to structure these investments and the best possible way to financing property transactions.
From this experience Chris has a strong knowledge and understanding of the property market and a strong appreciation of issues confronting property investors. The focus of Australian Property Solutions is in addressing these issues for its clients.
